The site and the Ordela service are run by THRIVEWAYS S.R.L., registered office at Str. Iordachi Lozonschi nr. 4, bl. B2, et. 4, ap. 10, camera nr. 3, Mun. Iași, jud. Iași, Romania, Trade Register No. J2020000108221, tax ID (CUI) RO42114272. These terms translate the Romanian version; if the two differ, the Romanian version prevails.

By using this site and joining the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Ordela is a WhatsApp assistant for taking orders for bakeries and pastry shops, currently in preparation for launch. The current site lets you join the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service and creates no contractual obligation. We will contact you when the service becomes available.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts its operation.

The Ordela name, logo, and content belong to us and may not be used without our prior consent.

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
